5. Products and Availability

The essential characteristics of the products (sizes, colors, materials, weights) are presented on each product page. The photographs are as faithful as possible but may show a slight variation in shade depending on your screen settings. Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability after an order, the Customer will be informed by email and fully refunded within 14 days.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The Seller is subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%. Accepted payment methods:

• Klarna (payment in 3 or 4 interest-free installments)

7. Delivery

Detailed delivery terms are available on the Delivery Policy page. Processing time: 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery in mainland France: 2 to 5 business days via Colissimo.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Full details are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Legal Guarantees

The Seller is liable for defects in conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code). The Customer benefits from a 2-year period to act under the legal guarantee of conformity from the delivery of the goods.

11. Mediation and Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before any legal action. 12. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after the failure of any attempt at amicable settlement, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
